SICK!
Today I was a little sick, not too bad but bad enough that i couldn't do my training today. I had the lurgy. Feeling alot better now that i have had plenty of fluids and rest.
Todays training was supposed to be -
- 4x800m row.
I was really looking forward to this one as last week I averaged around 1.54mins per 500m.
Anyway, fingers crossed with a good sleep tonight I will be back into it tomorrow.
