This mornings training consisted of..
Strength
A. 3x8 Bench press at RPE8 i did floor press instead with 80kg
B1.3x12 Single arm strict press 14kg
B2. 3x16 Landmine rear squat
Conditioning

My heartrate felt waaaaay higher that what my watch picked up, and my cals would have been a lot higher than that. technology has its place but sometimes it is better to listen to you body. This training definitely pushed me to my limits.
