What have i been up to in my life? Writing, Online jewellry store and my dad who passed away last month...

Yes, the last time i posted was about 7 or 8 months ago. So very random updates ahead.

Really busy. I have been writing freelance somewhere still and sometimes on my own blog.

I started an online jewelry store with a few friends. Just a little hobby of mine. At steemit, we curate posts. Now, I curate fashion jewelry. FUN without the downvotes.

And on to very heavy life update....

My dad passed away due to complications in his liver cancer condition. He has a liver tumor which is relatively big for his liver. To complicate things, he was also a chronic Hepatitis B virus carrier and that leads to hardening of his liver.

My family received this shocking news back last November. He was already in the advanced-terminal stage. It was a very tough period for my family emotionally, physically and mentally. For myself, I flew much more frequently from Shanghai to Singapore. And basically, when I am in Singapore, I spend as much as time as I can with my dad and family. We had hopes for his condition to improve in order to receive injection treatment to shrink his tumor.

Unfortunately, he passed away on 21st April 2017 peacefully, after a good 6 months fight with liver cancer. I was glad that my family was by his bedside.

After a month of his demise now today, I still miss him very much.

I wonder how he is on the other side. Did he meet up with grandpa and grandma? What is he doing? Is he happy that he is no longer sick?
