So, I went through @firepower's contest and he asked:

If someone asked to be your apprentice and learn all that you know, what will you teach the person?

As for me, I will teach the person about life. I believe if we are to succeed, feel fulfilled, and be less frustrated, we need to understand how life works.

Most of the time, we feel we understand life and sometimes, life plays a fast one on us. Life is really broad and all aspects cannot be taught or grabbed at once but we live and learn. As we live, we make mistakes that makes us want to do things better and also warn others, based on our own experience. We learn from the experiences of others because we don’t have all the time in life to make ours. Learning off others makes our journey shorter.

Life has a way of getting one over us, but once we understand how life works and what to live for, it is easier. There is fulfillment in giving back, and in helping. If we care enough, share enough, the world would have enough. The world has enough of our need, but never enough for our greed.

To the question above, I would teach the person about having something to live for, having a life to touch, stretching himself or herself and leaving the comfort zone behind. Life is best lived when we help someone who might never be able to repay us. Life is to be shared and not lived in isolation. Touching a life every day should always be a priority.

This post is just to serve as an introduction to some of the points that would be highlighted after this. There are a lot of lessons to learn from life and we are all learning as we live. No man knows it all. A discussion is an exchange of ideas while an argument is an exchange of ignorance. There is no need pinning what you know on others because every man should learn with an open mind.

I can’t teach any man everything, I can only make them think.

Life has a way of humbling us. Life has a way of teaching us what we fail to deliberately learn.

Someone once asked: Who do you think life favours? Those whom life gives all to, or those who give all to life?

You can give your answers to the first question above and this question below. Let’s discuss.

I want to hear your thoughts on the two questions, so we can discuss. Thank you all, as always.

Thank you for your time.

I have always self studied and in the end When I taught, I did to to learn myself.

If I were to be given a choice of teaching just one thing and one thing only to somebody, then I'll do my best to teach them how to learn. It sounds a bit arrogant ....... but it is my way of showing respect to the art of learning. In that one act perhaps the secret of this life may become clearer.

Everything revolves about learning...even life itself. Most people don't want to learn. Learning is an art and it requires a humble spirit to learn. No one knows it all. No one has the monopoly of knowledge and the ability to learn comes in handy. I love this brilliant suggestion from you.

Good one. Thanks a lot for this.

Sometimes it occurred to me, What is the real meaning of life? Every human must have their own life. Everything has a different meaning of life, As you and I are different about the meaning of life. Different humans also different meaning of one's life and every human being also has their own way to live. This is why every human being has a different understanding of life.

Some are aware and some are not aware of what exactly the meaning of a real life. No one can deny that one does not yet know the meaning of a real life. Of course it requires a process. In this process humans search for the meaning of a life that indeed.

When man finds the meaning of his life then man thinks for what this life means? As soon as humans discover for what the meaning of life tersebut.sarti he has found the real identity. Crossing my mind when seeing a grandfather walking with a less than perfect vision so enthusiasm he wrestle work as a traveling salesman.

Pity comes when looking at the condition however
in my mind so inspired to search the meaning of a real life. Then there is another story when the 180 degree of the story of a grandfather earlier. A person whose life is affluent, full of no-good pleasures that came to him but he did not have a real meaning of life, For what is the meaning of life? He himself never realized it. Sometimes we also often lose the meaning of a real life. Not a few people who are discouraged, desperate in living life.stress because it has no direction and purpose of life.

How important in a person to understand the real meaning of life.Maybe ourselves will feel rocking when exposed to disaster.Lose loss of something or other that causes self-oscillation in life.If we really understand the meaning of a life of course we will be true- is really tough in facing every turmoil of life. As a religious man of course we have the rest of life will be our belief in god. We can find the real meaning of life through the religion that we adhere. We continue to think and seek to the point that bring together between the self with god. That way we will be aware of the extent to which we perceive this life.

And at the end of our own concluding lives What does this life mean? For What? And Will It Be Taken Where The Direction Of Our Lives? maybe we as humans will continue to think and seek. So take your time to think and keep searching for the meaning of this life. We can be different in understanding the meaning of this life, but we must never fall into the turmoil of life that will mislead ourselves.

Brilliant and lovely. Yes, we all search for the true meaning of life and we learn as we live. Our views of it is shaped by our exposure to what aspect of life we see.

Thank you for always giving wonderful comments. Always appreciated.

It's a really wonderful flower
And very beautiful
Good picture, my dear friend

Hahaha okay.

This is a very great article genuinely written about what life entails. As usual, your words always inspire me. Sometimes in my life, I just live randomly: baseless, clueless and vision less. I live life as it comes. But, now, coming to realise that if you don't have what you're living for, then you're just empty and nothing, I come to ask myself why I'm here at the first place. I'm created for a purpose and if I'm not fulfilling it, I'm not living at all. I'd teach about life, if I am to have an apprentice for what possibly could I teach? Power? Money? Science?

Any important thing has its roots to be traced and that's why life would also be the basics of all things. I'm not perfect in anyway and till we die we will always learn. Life isn't fair. Because you're good doesn't mean you will be successful and because you're bad doesn't mean you'll be unsuccessful. The cards of life just seem to play any hand well so that's why no matter where we are today, or what we are up to, tracing our roots and fulfilling our destiny is what actually defines our lives, not what we've acquired in the long run.

As for the second question, well it's the High Road thing. Life doesn't even give it all because we are naturally insatiable. So, in my own opinion, I'll go with the second.

Amazing post @olawalium. Thanks for sharing @communitycoin

Brilliant. I totally enjoyed your comment and i appreciate your honesty too.

Yes, we should always have something to live for. If we have nothing to live for, it is easy for frustrations to kick in.

As you have rightly said, life is a bit dicey but one thing i know is, life won't always give us what we deserve, but what we demand.

Thanks as always brother. Really appreciate your depth.

It's my pleasure, always

That's why I love your post, somehow rejuvenate the soul,
Everyone tries to accomplish something great, without realizing that life is made up of small things.
Living fully produces an infinite fatigue, but very rewarding. Life is not measured by earning points as in a game. Not because of the number of friends I have, nor because of how others accept me. It is not measured by my plans for the weekend or because I am left alone at home. It is not measured according to whom I go out with, with whom I left, or with whom I have left, not even if I have never gone out with anyone. It is not measured by the people that I have kissed, nor is it measured by sex. It is not measured by the fame of my family, nor by the money or assets that I own; neither by the brand of the car I drive, nor by the school I attend. It is not measured by how ugly or handsome I am, nor by the type of music I prefer; It does not matter if my hair is blond or black, or my skin is white or brown. It is not measured by my intelligence, nor by the results obtained in the exams. It is not measured by the social organizations to which I belong, nor because I am so good at the sport I practice. Life simply is not that. Life is measured according to the love I give or the damage I do. For the happiness or sadness that I provide to others. For the commitments I fulfill or the trusts I betray. It is about what I say and what I want to say, whether it is harmful or beneficial; to get away or contribute to misunderstandings; of the judgments that I formulate, of why I formulate them and to whom and with what intention I comment them; that either intentionally or purposely, whom I ignore or ignore. It is about whether I use my life to love or to poison the hearts of others.

Woooow! Just wow!!!. This is deep and I totally enjoyed your comment.

Yes, life is in the small stuffs. Life is made up of the things we overlook and come to accept as normal. Life is in the love we share, the people we help and things that brings us to act accordingly.

Well done and thanks for this.

Life in it self is really complex, and sometimes our perspectives about it changes due to whatever we undergo at one point in time.

Exactly...our perspective changes based on what we see or experience, meaning we can choose our focus. What we choose to see in life is our reality.

Thanks a lot brother
