There really is an attempt to change in society that can lead to the end of inequality? The resource-based economy versus human nature.

By chance I ended up seeing a video about the economy based on resource, which is a proposal starting from the venus project. The Venus Project (https://www.thevenusproject.com/) proposes an alternative vision of how the future can be if we apply what we already know, to develop a sustainable new world civilization. He prescribes an objective redesign of our culture, so that the millennial deficiencies of war, poverty, hunger, debt and unnecessary human suffering are not only seen as avoidable, but as totally unacceptable. Anything less than this will result in a continuation of the same catalog of problems inherent in today's world.

A phrase that left me very intrigued in the video beginning was that "to maximize the quality of life rather than just profits." Although there are proposals to make this phrase be real I believe she is the great challenge for global change.

Take a moment to think about how your life has been so far. We live exactly the opposite of that phrase, and are conditioned to it from small, like our ancestors. For humans it is necessary to "maximize profits or gains, and only then maximize or improve the quality of life."

It is hard to imagine a society living on these model that was proposed, not because our ability to generate resources and wealth is insufficient, but because there are very deep problems as humans have been conditioned to the passage of time, in a matter of ideas, cultures, opinions , systems, and so on.

But I believe that the resource-based economy can be an excellent system to live more fairly, ending inequality, but rather there are very deep problems that must be solved in the formation of the thinking man. To live in such a society, the ego is something that should not exist in any human being. The control that the monetary system created on top of people is fueled by ego, desire, greed, indifference, futility in actions without worrying about anything, it's all the basis for the big kid of conflicts between humans.

I do not know how many people can be interested in what I will share or come to watch, but if you also have an interest in the resource-based economy and agree a bit with my point of view I believe that you will be very useful.

To live and create a completely new and just society we need before an internal revolution. And a person who can give birth to these issues is Jiddu Krishnamurti. He delivered speeches involving issues such as psychological revolution, meditation, knowledge, freedom, human relations, the nature of mind, the origin of thought and realization of positive changes in the global society.

"The highest form of human intelligence is directing attention devoid of judgment." - J. Krishnamurti

I spoke to a man once last year who shared with me about the Venus Project. Thank you for reminding of this.
