The Nominate a Newcomer Challenge; I nominate @rashia

I would like to nominate @rashia for newcomer challenge. I found her from the #introduceyourself post here. She blogs about her life journey and experiences on how she faces depression and bullying at an early age. She dedicates her blog to help others how to face this challenge in their life by sharing her own experiences and method and encourage others to share their experiences too.

She mentioned that those are some minor incidents in her life that accumulating and bring up to another higher intensity on her depression. I find her story interesting and bring back a lot of my childhood memories back. I can so relate to her experiences.

about a victim of bullying become a bully too. A lot of eye-opener from her story there and I think lot of us can relate to her story back then when we were in our rebellious teenage phase.

I hope her stories can reach more people out there. So more life could be saved from depression.
