Vitamin D3 At 2,000IU Dosage

I had gone ahead of ordering some Vitamin D3 online after finishing the 10,000 IU every two days. I still have some of those softgel capsules and I will finish taking them before I start with the lesser dose of 2K IU softgel capsules which is a Kirland brand.

The reason for me in starting with a lesser dosage is that I think that I had enough of the 10,000 IU and that with the benefit of the doubt I may had corrected my vitamin D deficiency already. I am not worried about being overdosed with Vitamin D because I am always taking some Phosphate binder which also acts to bar fat soluble vitamins and some fats like cholesterol from being absorbed.

But nonetheless even though my Phosphate binder decreases the amount of Vitamin D3 being absorbed by my body I still had felt and experienced some good about my well-being with regards to my pain and bone issues otherwise I wouldn't had felt the good difference.

Now is the maintenance phase of my vitamin D intake plus some vitamin K2 so that Calcium could get absorbed in its intended target which is the bone and not into my soft tissues like lungs, the heart, and my veins which actually had had some hardening during the course of my chronic illness.

I am just sad that it seems that it came too little tooo late before I am able to manage my condition because of my financial constraints where I was only prioritizing in getting dialysis and sometimes some blood transfusions and not the important factor in re-balancing my Phosphorus-Calcium levels that had lead into these bone issues that I am suffering or had suffered right now. I am just thankful that at least good changes happened all because of God's grace into my life plus of course the number of people online that helped me here in steem which gave me the self-empowerment in helping myself to get through these hills and mountains of problems of a seemingly impossible health situation. It is indeed hard but with God's mercy I will be successful.
