It is never good to skip dialysis for any reason and for one thing I am not getting the best dialysis treatment as well. I can say that for the reason that I can compare my dialysis session from what I had from the big hospital in the city where I had a surgery done on my arm where the surgeons have to take off the great big AV fistula bump in my arm because it is grossly big and already aching and it had made me panic that it might explode anytime. Anyway the dialysis treatment over there was so good that I could feel the freshness in my mouth afterwards it almost totally decreased my acidity levels down and drinking water afterwards seems to be so refreshing too.
I was able to eat well for days after my dialysis there because of the fact that although my dialysis treatment was set to almost minimum and caused me to have a build-up of extra fluids in my body, so what more if the sessions that I had includes a total fluid removal? I do like the dialysis treatment there but they are only given if you have a nephrologist that can refer you to get included on the schedule of dialysis which serves you good for your own well-being, However they are keen on monitoring you blood pressure every hour which is why I was put on minimal treatment which meant that they will reduce the amount of fluid to remove in my system which they had done everytime I got my dialysis there and caused me to build-up fluids to make me in the other hand debilitated and close to being drowned.
That is why after I got home, I was exactly 4.5 kilos overweight with extra fluids in my body which I then gradually normalize by not consuming fluids too much and at the same time requesting the full fluid removal that I was allowed to ask and thus bringing my weight down to 48 Kilos. I have to do it of course because I was in discomfort and feeling bloated already plus I had some difficulty in speaking as the extra fluids in my body had squeezed my lungs even more. But I am glad that my lungs held until I was able to bring my weight down to near my dry weight.
But thanks to God that I was scheduled for my crucial dialysis but the worry from experiencing another stopped operations due to flooding especially within this year and next year until the El Niño phenomenon is over although we cannot predict its end of cycle this time because of global warming. If the temperature of the earth becomes more warmer, then it will affect the span of Monsoon rains which I pray not to become stronger this year or any other year for that matter because I would for certain, experience its indirect effects for my life unless my dialysis center would take action about raising the level of the flooring of my dialysis center in order to not disturb its operations which is very important for a dialysis patient like me who relies on machines to keep me alive.
