My plan to use Yakult and Moringa leaves for improving the vitamin absorption of my guts

Yesterday after eating my lunch-supper meal which consists of just boiled vegetables and an ounce of fish cooked in vinegar, I had thought that it will be a good thing to consume some good bacteria and there is nothing more convenient for me than to tale it from a readily available Yakult drink. It is because I know the health benefits of having good bacteria in our guts like absorbing more of the nutrients coming from the foods or fruits and vegetables which we eat. I had explained that already but to reiterate it again, when we eat fruits and vegetables, the good bacteria will eat those foods as well. Then after that when they die they would release out the nutrients into our guts to absorb.

The Yakult Blue has more Lacticaseibacillus paracasei strain Shirota and is a good bacteria which survives gastrointestinal acids and bile so that it can go to the intestines and make a good work in there for our benefits.

So in that case we are like having an additional digestive system coming from the good bacteria like in this case in Yakult Light™, it has ten billion good bacteria (Lacticaseibacillus paracasei strain Shirota) in one small 80 mL bottle which is more than enough to give us better results. Apparently it also helps other ailments caused the toxins that are produced by bad bacteria inside our guts and it causes includes other health issues like vaginal infections to name a few. I am glad that mother consumes it because she has feminine issues for the reason that she drinks a lot of water so travels a lot to the toilet.

I am not affiliate of Yakult but what I am emphasizing here is that we must incorporate our diet with good bacteria and in this case with Yakult as the good bacteria it contains survives stomach acids and bile, reduces some on infections of the respiratory tract and feminine issues, fighting toxins caused by bad bacteria, better nutrient assimilation from the fruits and vegetables that we at as stated earlier, and of course a far more better gut health over all.

I am now more inclined to use Yakult in particular to improve my health overall. I might combine it with Moringa powder with honey and some hot water maybe so that I can have a combination of the best of both worlds which in tandem will surely improve my nutritional needs.
