Still sweltering hot plus my arm is still swelling

I am both worried and in misery right now. It is because of this full swelling of my arm, why it is swelling despite that the operation happened nearly a month ago? Is it normal for my type of arm with AV Fistula?

Was it because of poor circulation or a backlog effect of the blood in my arm because of this elastic bandage which is wrapped on my arm.

For one thing it is itchy which is why I am not touching it too much otherwise it will become more itchy. Then the heat of the day is a very bothersome factor considering that I am pinned here on my bed all the time.

My back would get wet with sweat. I do like to perspire but not in this situation where I cannot position my body to a more comfortable position.
