As the light cycles continue, moon then sun and so on, each of us a spectator and a player at the same time. What do you as a participant do? Do you go all out and try to make a statement, stance and or try to effect the world? Or do you sit back and look on as the show plays each moment live and without script.
Think of yourself as the narrator and audience. The story we tell ourselves is a direct reflection of the world around you. The person you see in the mirror creates an emotional response to the comfort and feeling you give yourself or maybe not? Is your action of your true nature or do you see something that is not what you deem fit to be true. The world around us tells us something about us through a deeper consciousness within ourselves while the voice we hear so often is actually the safety response that someone is present, hopefully that is you. This being said how do you then see the world?
Do you want to partake? We can often live as though one day it will all be ok, we will reach that day after all the work, experience, time money, loves, heartbreaks, mistakes, trials and tribulations. This is quiet the opposite, we actually don't realise the importance of your present moment of living. You right now are more significant than you may ever be... Why is that? Is it because you have a yearning for more, a love or passion for so many things, is it because the reaction of emotions in your body are so engaged that your world around you simply yearns for your existence as much as you do your passions.
It has been said being in love and insane are twins in there chemicals reaction within the mind and body, This often reminds me of animals in the wild when they are intimate; there is a line of insanity that sometimes is crossed or definitely pushed. We as humans have so much animal in us that love sometimes arrises the wild instincts within our very genetic makeup. When you are passionate or filled with that chemical reaction of release of endorphins from specific things throughout your life. So, than is life just two three responses...? The phase of being passive, like asleep at the wheel... autopilot. The phase of being driven with positive intention, in love or filled with passion for more. Perhaps a last phase filled with negativity and need to be focused on malcontent thoughts without comfort.
As you, hopefully, go through your life growing into your higher consciousness, older in age and with richer in opinion I would hope you realise it is also ok to deal with the other states of mind. We must be aware that life is an equation and balance of many factors and being happy, content or upset is normal; although, being stuck in one can often lead to a loss direction in identity. We need trials, tribulation and change to test our multifaceted minds. Do remember your mind will do good with new experiences and can often lose ability through non stimulated or over repetitive actions. This goes for the ego, the minds own self sent out to often blind you from yourself or to keep you from really listening or seeing others with a truly open mind and heart.
We must be aware the window to the world can be infinite and beautiful; while, this may be it can also be the exact opposite with only two colour contrasts. To keep yourself from losing out on the world around you and its try the tastes in your world and keep testing your multifaceted minds try to do something uncomfortable (i.e. possibly: use the opposite hand to eat or open doors with, give yourself a break from TV, bake a cake, stop eating your favourite things for a week, allow yourself to say out loud "I LOVE YOU" once a day in the mirror for a week and see if any of these makes any differences in your reality) you wouldn't normally have done if you weren't looking for more of yourself.

When you do something that is not normal in your routine or at least something that is uncomfortable you step into a test world or new experience. This activates your mind in so many ways that you may be unaware and lets you be a player and spectator at the same time! Narrate your own story where you are the hero and subject on so many levels. Good living takes participation, may your day be unwritten, unscripted from the normal and also interesting. Thanks for reading and listen to your own feelings.
Peace!
