hi steemians, cooking is one of my hobbies everyday. this time i want to share cooking tips with chicken ingredients, of course also very tasty and delicious especially for indonesian society, well just directly to the main part

Chicken meat should not be missed to be processed with special seasonings Minang cuisine is, because it is one of the most popular menu of nusantara cuisine.

Seasoning ingredient :



¤ 1/2 kg of chicken, cut into pieces and then wash
¤ 1 stalk lemongrass, peel the skin (outer layer) then crushed
¤ 2 cm ginger, crushed
¤ 2 cm galangal, crushing
¤ 2 bay leaves
¤ 2 eyes of Javanese acid, knead in 5 tbsp water
¤ 500 ml of coconut milk from 1 coconut
¤ 2 orange leaves
¤ 5 tbsp of sweet soy sauce
enough oil to sauté the spices

Ground spices :


5 onions
2 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp coriander
2 cm turmeric
10 pieces of curly red pepper
8 red chili peppers
2 tablespoons brown sugar that has been shriveled
6 candlenuts
1/2 tsp of shrimp paste
1 teaspoon grain pepper
1/2 tbsp salt

How to make :


Heat a little oil in a frying pan, stir-fry the spices and stir until fragrant, enter the ginger, galangal, bay leaves and acid water. Then stir back together to mix.
Enter the chicken pieces then pour the coconut milk, cook while stirring and enter the leaves of oranges and sweet soy sauce. Cook until cooked and the sauce shrink and thick.
