Hello friends,
One of the things that is little unfortunate about being located in the center of Europe is not having an ocean. I absolutely love to swim since it gives me such a peace of mind when swimming having my head dipped under the water. Even though we do not have an ocean or sea in the Czech Republic there are cool places to swim beside outdoor swimming pools that really are in almost all of our towns. Personally I do prefer more nature based places to swim and fortunately enough there is one not too far from my house. It takes either a swift 10 minutes bicycle or few minutes car ride. I opted for a car ride yesterday since I was pretty worn out from my 60k mountain bike ride from the day before. It was already late in the afternoon or more like early evening and the sun was already hiding so the water was rather cold. Nevertheless, it did its magic, I got my exercise done and most importantly cleared my head. How about you? What are your activities to keep fit not only physicaly but also mentally? Feel free to let me know in the comment section below. I will be happy to hear you out and maybe get inspired by your suggestions:)..... I am off to the gym later on today:).. Steem on.

I used to ride bicycle in the open air, I choice the location just like you do. The air that come from the nature can make my physic fit and my mental is start finding the way out of the problem. I like those tracks for bike riding,camping and hiking, there I could feel that I was a free man. Thank you for elevating my eagerness to find a right place.

My friend recently been to czech republic. He lost the way when he was walking through the forest, but luckily he found a tiny house house in the forest. he stayed their until the morning. Later in the morning that house owner dropped him to the main city. Czech localites are really so welcoming and the country is so beautiful with the cool weather.

It can get pretty busy during hot days in the afternoon or at the weekends but morning and late afternoons are just peaceful and quiet.... Like you say, little heaven......

I love swimming. I try to start each day with 30 minutes swim..it really makes me up and fresh. What also helps to clean my head is roller skating and taebo. I am actually happy to try any sport as physical activity makes me feel comfortable.
