Origami is the traditional Japanese art of paper folding started way back 17th century AD and was popularized internationally. The term origami came from "ori" meaning "folding" and "kami" meaning "paper".
The goal of this art is to transform a flat sheet of paper into a finish sculpture through folding without cutting as much as possible.
When I was a kid i've always loved folding paper boat, airplane, butterfly, flowers, etc...,out off scratch paper when I got bored.
And now as a teacher I started taking it seriously since origami is one of the topics in Art of Grade-8.
In our lesson I let my students to make an origami in a creative way. Here are some of the outputs of my students.
