Walking And Fishing On a Beautiful Sunny Day - Why The Sun Is Good For Us & Our Skinn

in life •  8 years ago

Hello everybody!

Today is a really nice day here so I decided to go walking and maybe to catch some fish.
Unfortunately, I did not catch a fish, but I was therefore caught the sun's rays that are very healthy for our skin.

But why is the sun? What benefits the sun can bring?
Namely, exposure to sunlight leads to the formation of vitamin D in the body which can lead to prevention of the development of many diseases.

People with enough vitamin D less susceptible to colds. Solar vitamin strengthens the defense of the organism and activates the cells that destroy viruses.

It's not just vitamin D, which is produced in our bodies under the influence of the sun. It helps the body to build healthy bones and teeth too.

One of my favorite hobbies is definitely fishing!
While chasing fish, I relax my body and soul, forget about all the worries, I just sit by the sea, the sun, feeded by the sunlight and I really enjoy! If I catch any fish is not so important, but if I cought anything, thats only a extra bonus on everything.

The sun also affects our mood!
When better days are coming, and the mood improves significantly. Just a few minutes under the blue sky contributing to become enthusiastic and optimistic, and worries us seem less scary.

A lack of vitamin D during the winter months when there is less sun, is associated with a higher incidence of diseases that typically occur in winter time of year, such as colds.

Therefore, as soon grasp the opportunity to take a walk on a nice day, make the most of it and get out there, enjoy the rays of the sun and the benefits they bring!

Walking by the sea also has a lot of benefits!
A walk by the sea is good for the lungs, because it allows micro-aspiration of seawater, resulting from breaking waves on the shore.
Sea water and air have a biological impact on our health. Minerals such as magnesium, manganese and cobalt in sea water penetrates into the body and strengthen natural immunity.
