3 tips necessary for all runners

There are loads of training tips that might be well known to runners or potential runners.

However, the following can be necessary tips for all runners, regardless of how long you have been running for.

  1. The most important thing that you always have in mind as a runner is listen to your body. If you are tired, take it easy. You should take at least one day off from running per week to give your body a well-deserved break.
  2. To train injury-free for your running life, consider spending two days a week on strength training. Weight training can be the best exercise. And do not increase weekly distances by more than 10%.
  3. Do one long run, two short runs, and one easy recovery run per week.
