Pagi Yang Sehat (Healthy morning)
Selamat pagi Stemian diseluruh pelosok negeri tercinta, hari libur merupakan saat yang tepat untuk melakukan kebugaran.
Pagi ini saya merencanakan untuk membakar 200 kalori dengan melakukan jalan santai selama 20 menit, namun hasil yang bisa saya dapatkan membuat saya puas, karena dalam 10 menit saya bisa membakar 128 kalori, mudah-mudahan 10 menit kedepan saya bisa mencapai target.
Kemudian melanjutkan dengan mengangkat beban 20 kg sebanyak 5 set. Untuk setiap setnya saya melakukan sebanyak 10 kali, untuk latihan hari ini saya memilih latihan lengan dan bahu, sebagai persiapan tenis hari minggu.
Untuk merileksisasikan semua gerakan tadi alangkah lebih baik, jika akhiri exercise dengan berenang, berenang dapat mengembalikan struktur tulang yang tidak berada pada posisinya, terlebih jika mengalami kesakitan pada sendi-sendi dikarenakan olah raga seperti futsal maka pengobatan yang paling jitu dengan berenang. Apalagi teman-teman mengalami penyempitan tulang belakang, maka harus rajin melakukan olah raga yang satu ini.
