I'm so sorry you are stuck in a position that makes you unhappy. However - that company seems especially horrible. No windows? A dirty and dusty facility? For the sake of your own well-being, I would recommend finding someplace to work that isn't so soul crushing. Your health and happiness should be paramount.

I agree. Changing jobs is difficult and time consuming and I'm afraid I'll end up somewhere with different problems that are just as bad. But yes I agree health and happiness should be what's the most important in life. Money very obviously isn't happiness. I'm not wealthy but I make good money but it comes at a great price. I appreciate your feedback :)
