One of my favorite things is having a good conversation. That starts by asking good questions.
This is the first post in a series of community engagement. I want to know how are you. Yes, we will have a conversation. There are 3 questions below for us. I'll go first.
What is something that brings you the utmost joy?
What is a promise you made to yourself in the past, and then broke it?
Why do you spend time on Steemit?
1).Playing basketball brings me joy. I am more myself when I am playing ball then anywhere else. My wife is always teasing me about how vocal I am on the court - some folks have termed it floor general. I love to lead a team of people to win. There are few places I have found that are more fun to do so than the basketball court.
2)I promised myself in high school that I would not have a job at the age of 25. The life of an entrepreneur has always inspired me and driven me to be the best and then pass my best the next day.
I work for myself now trading forex options and building a wellness business. I guess you could say I am halfway there but I procrastinated too long to keep my promise by the age of 25.
3)I spend time on Steemit because I love being around people who are ambitious. There are some smart, hard-working, and foreward thinking people on this platform and it is a joy to learn from you each and every day.

Hmmmmm, good questions.... let me think--
is a touch choice between three things, being around my kids when we are all together, learning new things, and dancing tango Argentino. I will have to go with the last one I think. Although I love my children for the people they turned out to be, there is always that being their mom thing, lots of memories, old pains and wishes for the future.
The learning stuff I will do until I die, either fysical or mentally, its great to learn and combine knowledge, but it is also something that is an inside job. And sometimes it is a necesity not just fun.
But dancing with the right dance partner is very humbling. You have to be completely present to read what the other is offering for you to follow. As soon as I enter into my head, I notice that I am less present in the here and now. When everything clicks, it is like being moved and directed. My legs being danced by the other person, total submission to the music and the dance. A lovestory, a tragedy, a bit of humor, it can all be there....... That feeling is the most pure extatic me I can be.
I promissed myself I would never let someone break my heart again, I broke my promiss, he broke my heart....
I spend time on Steemit because I want to learn what it is all about, it seems promissing. But it is a steep learning curve for me. And so number 1 is back when it comes to fun things.....
