BRILLIANT for pensioners to keep warm and save on heating bills.
You can switch off your heating and sit at night in comfort reading or watching TV; its a no brainer: if your old and cold, and sitting around makes you feel the cold even more when inactive, this will keep you warm and cosy.
And you can easily walk about in it.
There are alternative lower costing versions if your budget is tight, but I think this is by far the best.
Designed in Chile and its very chilly there especially in the mountains and the South. Its been tested in polar regions: Great product. Its not 100% designed for all requirements but a great start for a thermal suit. Its called the Selk’ Bag.
I used this last winter and cut over £180 off my power utilities bill!
Only problem, I ripped out the seat of its pants when stretching down too rapidly to pick something up; but happily repaired it with Gorilla Tape.
I don't think that the company realise its great potential use to help old people in cold homes: but they do need a zipper fitting for lady toilet comfort. One lady I mentioned this idea too was able to sew in her own zip flap!
