I Picked Lemons Today

This is the tree of Desiree, my massage therapist and her husband. They have a lemon tree. There are so many lemons that even after Desiree gives lemons to her friends and family there are still more lemons.

Well anyway, Desiree invited me to her home to pick lemons. So I brought my 91 Chevy S10 pickup and two #15 garden containers and a 6 foot ladder and a fruit picker.

So I went there and picked lemons for about an hour and a half or so and filled both of the #15 garden containers and there were still a lot of lemons left on the tree.

I told Desiree that I filled the two containers and there is still more on the tree. I told her that I hope that her friends want more of those lemons.

I just talked to my sister this night. I told her that I picked lemons from a friends house. I asked if she like lemons. She told me that she did like lemons. I will bring her 3 bags full of lemons for her and her friends.

I will see her tomorrow as she is going to bring our mom back to her home tomorrow. That is when I will give her the lemons.

My sister called me cause, she went to moms to pick her up to bring her to her town and she and mom where to meet my cousins and auntie to have breakfast.

So while mom was out of town, I also when to moms house later in the day to feed the cats.

My sister told me that they might come back late to moms house. So I will feed the cats in the morning and evening for tomorrow too.

Let's get back to the lemon tree. That tree doesn't look that big to me, but it sure does produce. I have a really young lemon tree in my backyard, but it has yet to produce. I will have to give it time. I know it took a long time for my moms tree to produce.

Hopefully it will produce like this tree in its time.
