Beat The Heat! The Cocktail that Takes the Bite Out of Summer

Well Summer is upon us.
And it's a HOT one!

And of all the ways to beat the heat, one of my favorite
comes in the form of something ice cold to drink.

I love a great iced tea, but sometimes you want to kick it up
a notch.

Here is one of my favorites that does that with a twist.
It's called Citrus Vibe.
It's fresh, crisp and goes down easy.
And it's a sure fire way to extinguish the heat of a hot summer day.

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz Ciroc vodka
1/2 oz elderflower cordial
1/3 oz fresh lemon juice

How To Make

1. In a mixing glass filled with ice cubes, combine the vodka, elderflower and lemon juice.
2. Shake it!
3. Strain into a chilled champagne flute.
4. Top with soda water and garnish with a flamed twist of orange or grapefruit.

This on is sure to freeze those beads of sweat into goosebumps.
