Kintsugi (or kintsukuroi) is a Japanese method for repairing broken ceramics with a special lacquer mixed with gold, silver, or platinum. The philosophy behind the technique is to recognize the history of the object and to visibly incorporate the repair into the new piece instead of disguising it. The process usually results in something more beautiful than the original.
When a bowl broken in japan, it's put back together with the cracks being filled in gold creating a beautiful lining, this to emphasize the beauty in what once broken, they believe that when something has suffered damage and has the history it make more beautiful, and the same for human beings everything that you have been through and everything that you are going through, doesn't make your life uglier, although it may seem that way when we are going through it, it's up to us to choose to paint or struggles with gold and make it beautiful.
you are not broken beyond repair, you can pick yourself up and learn from what's happened and become a better person from it because of the struggle that you have been trough, you can wear your scars proudly as a budge of honer as if to say "look at what i have been trough" it is made me who i am today and i can get trough anything life puts in front of me now.
nobody had a perfect life, and nobody ever well, it's only up to us, if we choose to paint or broken pieces gold and make it beautiful
don't be ashamed of what happened to you, everything that has happened to you is happened to your for a reason, so the more we deny, the more we complain and don't accept what's happened to us, it doesn't become useful
the moment that we accept and find what's useful in the struggle, the things we have been trough that's just like us painting in our broken pieces gold turning something that cloud be ugly into something beautiful and inspiring when what you have been trough is inspiration for others people then it all worth it.
"Every next level in your life, it will demand a new you " and sometime it takes being broken in older to become a new version of yourself 'Sean Burhanahiran '
