Fast forward back to 4 months ago, there i was dejected and demoralised just lost my friend thinking every hope was lost, i thought of so many thing i could do to end my life back then, i was alone, was afraid didn't really care about fighting anymore i wanted to give up.
But then i found steemit and i met very exciting and lovely people, i started badly on steemit, introductory post is supposed to be your first experience of getting paid on steemit, mine was a different story i didn't earn a dime on my introductory post that was as a result of not getting proper integration to the platform i was blogging but i never had to follow so many rules to get noticed, i didn't know which tag to use, proper introduction was not done if you care to see it check it here https://steemit.com/akoredefodilu/@deeclown/myself
If you look at the intro post, its almost laughable but like i told you i didn't really have any mentor back then still i kept digging and digging i would post and keep checking the post a hundred time hoping miracle will happen and suddenly i would be earning big on the post but that was not meant to be as i wasn't doing anything right, i was not steeming right so i wasn't earning right.
Until one day when i met an angel sent from above in the person of Dr. George popularly known as @nairadaddy who later introduced me to discord, you see i can talk and talk about this man, he took me under his wing he puts me through on everything i needed to know he never gets tired of my stupid questions he understood i was naive about the whole crypto world, he was perfect in my eyes he did everything right, he could never make mistakes i diligently follow in his footstep i was there when he did his re-introductory post you can check it here
That further strenthens the bond between us and he later introduced me to discord because i complained to him i was not getting enough views on my post and on discord i met another wonderful human being in the person of @artaddict she was so good to me, she shared her life experience with me, she gave me so many hints to survive and earn decently on steemit going through this two guys sharpened my sense of writing, i think differently and i see steemit in a different light.
After all their consistent tutorials finally i hit a double figure on my post, lol you know what that means finally i earned $0.21 on my post wow that was my best at the time and i was so so happy again @nairadaddy was the first to drop a comment on the post, you can check it here
BASIC ESSENTIAL TAGGING SKILL.
From that point on i never looked back, i kept steeming and i also looked out for every possible contest until i found myself participating in the @gogogadgetupvote contest where he titled it
TELL ME WHAT I DON'T KNOW i earned big for the first time just on my comments because as at the time @gogogadgetupvote vote on my coment was worth $8.00 i was so happy that further strenthens my love for contest, because i was not earning that much on my post, i was doing a lot of contest until i met another whale in the person of @surpassinggoogle at first the name was funny to me but once i joined his contest, it was actually @nairadaddy contest in honor of the memory of @surpassinggoogle mother, i also earn big on that too while sympathising with @surpassinggoogle via the
HUG CHALLENGE
AFTER doing so many contest i began to aim big and influencing other minnows in doing that i came up with the first post where i passed the cent landmark you can check it here
SHORT CUT TO EARNING OVER 1000SP I just learnt about steemfollower when i wrote this post from @duckmastr.
I was there when @nairadaddy started the #air-clinic and i won the fourth edition 1st prize of the #air-clinic contest with this post

I was so elated winning that contest was boost for me, along the line i met @enjoyinglife and @runicar during one of their contest, and i thanked my star for meeting him because his contest was one of the contest i won because his contest is on another level compare to the ones i won, he will support me for a long time that is cool i would have his vote each time i put out a quality content who does that, thats why i told him in one of our chat i told him, @enjoyinglife "you are far too kind"
