Leaving is not easy...

Maybe for many people going to live in another country they do it because they are going to study or because they want to change their life ... For us, Venezuelans have become the only option of being able to live. For many, including myself two years ago, we thought that this was wrong ... Well, in my childhood I met another Venezuela, one where nothing was missing ... But the reality is that Venezuela does not exist anymore!

I think that for many people they will not understand what we are going through, when you leave you know that you are starting an adventure. But the Venezuelans who leave know that they are going to work as much as they can to send money home and that their family does not go through so badly.

Telling how I feel makes me cry, I have not even left or I know when I can go. But just thinking about it makes me so bad ... Leaving everything I've known during my 22 years hurts, hurts in soul and destroys it into a thousand pieces. Many believe that it is easy to pack a suitcase and leave. Well no ... In a suitcase you can not put all your family and friends ... Touch to pack suitcases with tears in your eyes and not even say when it's time to say goodbye spilling the most sincere and most painful tears .. Although you can not stop the time!

You have no idea how you are going to go in this new country, if you find fast work, if the people you are going to meet will be nice to you. Maybe the first days you can go out to know and enjoy. But when nostagia hits nothing can stop it ... You want to be in your house in your bed with yours, feel the warmth of your mother that melts into a hug. Without leaving I am already crying, how is it done so that it does not hurt so much?

Going hurt, but staying also hurts so much ... See how a beautiful country is destroyed so much that you can not buy anything because it is not achieved or because what you earn is not enough to buy anything. The reality of Venezuela is that we are not living well, our only salvation is to leave to have a better future.

Today I cry to know how everything is in my country. Day to day I try to prepare myself for when I have to leave ... But I think nobody is ready to leave! Everyone who leaves. She hopes that I can go back and find a country in better conditions ... I love you Venezuela and I hope you are better and you welcome me with open arms when I want to return.
