According to the society in which we currently live, I must be thin to be beautiful.
There is nothing more distant than this, each one of us are unique beings and each one will have a degree of beauty different from the others. Comparing yourself with someone else is not good because we are so different.
According to society I am not beautiful because of my fatness. But they know since I was about 10 years old and tried to lose weight and for a long time I hated my body and the fact of not being skinny like the others. Even now there are days where I think because I can not be thin.
For a long time I thought that being skinny would make me happy and it was so wrong. You know how many skinny people there are and they are so unhappy! One day I decided to love my body as it was and stop hurting, learn to listen to it... I am not saying that being fat is good but not everyone in this life will be thin. Many may believe that I'm eating candy and junk food but I do I love eat vegetables and fruits enough and I'm still fat.
Today I tell you that not everything that society wants is good. Not all of your beauty parameters are real. Because fat or thin each person has its beauty. Today I tell you to love yourself as you are! I love myself this way with my pounds and I am very happy.
