Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes un exquisito bocadillo que hacemos en el norte del país: gorditas de harina de azúcar ó en otro idioma: chubby girl of sugar flour. Es a base de harina, huevo, azúcar, leche o nata.
En Monterrey disfrutamos de esta delicia, sobre todo en época de invierno, con un exquisito café. Son hechas en casa. Si las ven no muy redondas, estamos aprendiendo a hacerlas redondas.
Seguiremos practicando hasta que queden redondas...
