What are you going to do about it.
Life isn't about what happens to you, it's about how you react to it.
It's not a cute saying, it's the TRUTH.
You have breath in your lungs. You have an internet connection. You have clean water. You were able to eat a meal today. You have parents who love you. You're not under constant threat being bombed.

Do you have everything to be grateful about? You know, the limbs you still have, the breath in your lungs, the ability and potential you have to be who you want to be no matter who you are now or where you are?
It's about perception. You may see hardship, someone else might see a story. You might see failure, someone else might be a lesson learned.
Here is a simple exercise. Wake up and write down what you're grateful for everything when you wake up.
