YUMMY BUTTER SOY SAUCE BEEF

This is an easy preparing and cooking dish, while it contains a lot of texture, flavor and delicious taste. With this dish, you can serve with toast bread or rice. Hope you all enjoy the recipe, and please leave your comments and any suggestions, I would be very appreciated.

Serve: 4-6
Prepare time: 10-15 mins
Cooking time: 50 mins
1 kg beef chunks (cut in a cube)
3 carrots
1 onion (fine chop)
4 glove garlic (fine chop)
1 tablespoon of butter
1 teaspoon of corn or any flour
1 teaspoon crushed pepper
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoon of soy sauce
100 mL hot water

Cut the meat and carrots into chunky pieces.

Place a pan on the maximum heat stove. When the pan hot, put butter and when it melts add onion and garlic. Stir until they turn golden brown, add the meat and ingredients in and stir thoroughly for few minutes or when the meat all change color.

Add boiling water, mix well. When it is boiling and scum float on the top, use a big spoon to take them out. Then cover with the lid for 25 mins, and turn the heat to medium. Remember to stir occasionally (about 2 or 3times) in the between.

Add carrots, mix and put the lid back on for another 15 mins.

Take off the lid, turn the heat back to high, and stir for 2 minutes. Then turn off the heat.
