Medical marijuana seems to be the most promissing. I believe as soon as it is legalized and it becomes easier to research it, we will see a boom in medical marijuana use and researchers will find cures for numeruous physical illness and psychological issues.
Since it is already proven that marijuana works great in treating cancer, I believe it even has the potential to cure cancer
