The Psychologist Marcos Augusto da Silva Braga offers an interesting vision of this in the text "A reflection on love". He says that everyone has a belief when the issue is love, and that everyone idealizes it in a different way.
But it is exactly what makes things complicated: we should not devise love. Loving is just feeling. Without thinking much, without space to rationalize feelings. To love is to let oneself be carried by the heart, not by the mind.
At the end of a relationship it always seems to discredit that love exists. Here is some information for you: a study conducted by Harvard University revealed that women have, on average, 38 encounters before finding the type of their life. The number scares a little, not people? Now, imagine how many loving disillusions you have to live to get to that number ...
The love is there. You can find the love of your life at a party, at school, on a trip or even walking on the street. It's just a matter of time.
Therefore, the most important thing is to never stop believing in love. Because that is the most noble feeling we can know.
