Given that changes are a constant in life, why should we fear them? The only thing that is constant in the cosmos is change. We are not the same person we were yesterday; we will change once more tomorrow. Whether or whether we agree with it.

There are numerous reasons why things take this particular turn. But we're unaware of it. That's why we need to get rid of this fear of change. Living a life of constant resistance to change is not the best way to live. However, why do we occasionally think that the past was better?

Idealising the past is ingrained in our mindset. This results from a propensity to ignore the bad and focus primarily on happy recollections. As a result, it is much easier for us to recall enjoyable childhood memories. On the other side, we can conclude that things were lot easier in the past if we are feeling depressed and anxious and we contrast it with our former experiences.

Considering this will help us better grasp a fact: changes frighten us since our brains are hardwired to react in certain ways. either in a favourable or bad way. Stated differently, the brain prefers to feel secure. He will get scared when something changes and forces him to step outside of his comfort zone. How could he enjoy novelty?

Additionally, when we produce too much adrenaline in response to change, something happens. It could be misinterpreted by the brain as feelings of danger or caution. In actuality, though, this activation aids in our improved situational awareness. Consequently, there is a certain melancholy associated with all transitions, even the ones we most eagerly anticipated.

When there is a chance for change, it has to happen.
Henry David Thoreau, writer, poet, and philosopher, made several excellent points. Nothing changes; we are the ones who change. Life has an impact on us and changes us in certain ways. We will be better equipped to handle the changes if we accept it sooner. We won't become mired in the past or in delusions about the future in this way. We are going to live intentionally in the now.

We've changed since the previous year. Our loved ones are also unique. It is amazing to believe that we may love someone who is changing even in light of this. In the same way that we can keep loving ourselves.

A person's capacity to change and adjust to their environment is a key component of their mental health. Staying steadfastly glued to familiar patterns and patterns will only make you feel more anxious. As a result, one shouldn't be unwilling to adapt and learn from experience.

Reluctance to change is a natural expression of our wish to remain in our familiar surroundings. the one in which our worries are not need to be faced. Change therefore necessitates addressing uncertainty and understanding that doing so will inevitably cause us to feel uneasy and unconfident.

Opposition to change may also indicate a lack of desire to confront one's issues. She would rather ignore them or assign blame to others in an attempt to find the causes of things that don't exist. This is obviously lot easier. However, this is wholly insufficient and discourages us from going any farther.
