Ode to Wolfhart - uLog

I woke up this morning with the news that he died
Wolfhart the strong
Left without saying goodbye
A gentleman, a man in need
A kind soul indeed
Our paths had but crossed for a second or two
But once I caught a glimpse of the man I knew
He was a staunch believer in doing good
Paying it forward nevermind to who
I did not know this man well
But from our brief encounters I could tell
He was a friend in need and a friend in deed
Men like these are hard to find
They make for good friends and for great support
Their opinions and input are worth more than gold
Wolfhart up to the end and to the last post we shared
Your positive vibes helped me be less scared
I salute you old man
And I wish you everything that's good
A journey without pain and suffering
To make up for not being here
To the family that's left behind
I can but say a prayer
I wish you all the best without your Wolfhart to help take care.
Stand strong as Wolfhart did
And know that he's still around you, still in your hearts and still in your heads
A moment of silence to honor his life
Before we get on with our daily lives
