The dance and the depression. My experience!

I need to share this... a few days ago i start to dance at least 30 minutes evrymorning... And its amazing. Its helping me a lot with my depression.. When i dance i can forgot all the problems, social pressions and i decide to read about this and i read that the dance is very used to depression treatment..all kinds of dance, and the best way is your own way.
Just give a try! My anxiety decreased a lot too...im sleeping better..taking less pills...I think everybody need to try it..even a few minutes...Ten minutes is enough to feel some diferent at your emotions. And your stress decrease too.. For me its working very welll! I hope its help you too with your troubles...

That is so great! I read somewhere that all sorts of body movement can be great for depression. Something about endorphin release. Anyway I hope you keep moving. It seems to work wonders and sure can't hurt.
