If i take the context of BD the above scene is near to 100% true. Hoping for the best outcome isnt going to solve this though. We have a social structure, belief and institutes that pushes everyone within it (dr , engineers or any profession) to a direction. And in BD i undoubtedly say, its to wrong direction. Who is to blame when we all collectively share the responsibilities? I see a strong connection between a car running in wrong side and a doctor making ill move. We will see good doctor only and only when we collectively stand against all ills. I can give countless example of BD doctors practicing with pride in American countries. And countless occasions where good works of doctors were maltreated. Many of my talented doctors left the country as they couldnt stay fit(!) in our country. Its more complex than i can write about. No i am not hopeful to see a quick solution.
