First thing, have this in mind, " The fear of failure guarantees failure". I will tell you a story.
There was a great warrior who was leading a group of soldier of 300 fighting men to war, when he got informed about the opponent he is up against, he realised they are more powerful, more strategic and more reinforced than his team, he got scared and the only strategy he could follow was failure strategy, he saw failure before it actually came, if you will ask me what happened afterwards, he died, died with all his team, he already saw failure before the battle and he failed woefully.
This is the same thing that happens almost to all of us, we focus more on failing, that most times it prevents us from aiming high for success.
To dealing with this, you must change your mentality about failure, and realize failure is a component of success, let your will to succeed be greater than your fear to fail.
