  3. Take a timeout

    Timeouts aren't just for kids. Give yourself short breaks during times of the day that tend to be stressful. A few moments of quiet time might help you feel better prepared to handle what's ahead without getting irritated or angry.

  1. Know when to seek help
    Learning to control anger is a challenge for everyone at times. Seek help for anger issues if your anger seems out of control, causes you to do things you regret or hurts those around you.

လူရယ္လို႔ျဖစ္လာလွ်င္ ေဒါသထြက္စရာ စိတ္ဆိုးစရာေတြဆိုတာ ေန႔စဥ္ျဖစ္တက္ၾကပါတယ္။ တစ္ခါတစ္ေလ စိတ္ဆိုးခ်ိန္မွာ ေျပာလိုက္တဲ့စကားတစ္ခြန္းသည္ မိမိကိုေႏွာင္တမ်ားစြာရေစပါသည္။ တစ္ခါတစ္ေလ မိမိစိတ္ဆိုးစရာေတြကို ျပန္ေတြးၾကည့္ေတာ့ ဟာသေတြျဖစ္ေနျပန္ေရာ။ ဒီတစ္ခါေဒါသေတြကို ဘယ္လိုထိန္းမလဲဆိုတဲ့ အခ်က္ေတြကို ကြ်န္ေတာ္ ဒီပေက်ာ္မွ အဆင္ေျပေအာင္ ဘာသာျပန္တင္ျပထားပါတယ္။

၁- မေျပာခင္စဥ္းစားပါ
ေဒါသထြက္ခ်ိန္မွာ ေနာင္တရေစမည့္ စကားမ်ိဳးေျပာထြက္ဖို႔အလြန္လြယ္ကူပါတယ္။ ဒီေတာ့ မိမိေျပာမည့္စကားမ်ားကို ေျပာသင့္ မေျပာသင့္အခ်ိန္ခဏေပးၿပီး စဥ္စားပါ။ အေၾကာင္းအရာတစ္ခုလံုးကို အားလံုးပါဝင္ႏိူင္ေအာင္လုပ္ေဆာင္ပါ။

၂-ေလ့က်င့္ခန္းလုပ္ပါ
ေလ့က်င့္ခန္းလုပ္ျခင္းအားျဖင့္ ေဒါသျဖစ္ေစမည့္ သင္၏ စိတ္ဖိစီးမႈေတြကိုေလ်ာ့ခ်ႏိူင္မွာျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ ေဒါသေတြေျပေပ်ာက္ခ်င္လွ်င္ စက္ဘီးစီးတာ/အေျပးေလ့က်င့္တာေတြႏွင့္ တစ္ျခားစိတ္သက္သာေစမည့္ေလ့က်င့္ခန္းေတြျပဳလုပ္ပါ။

၃- နားခ်ိန္ေပးပါ
ေဒါသထြက္ေနခ်ိန္မွာ သင့္ကိုယ္သင္နားခ်ိန္ခဏေပးပါ။ တိတ္ဆိတ္သည့္ေနရာမွာ အခ်ိန္အနည္းငယ္အနားယူလိုတာႏွင့္ သင့္ရဲ႕စိတ္ဆိုးေဒါသေတြကို ေျပေပ်ာက္ေစႏိူင္ပါတယ္။

၄- အကူအညီဘယ္လိုရွာရမလဲ သိပါ
ေဒါသထြက္ေနသည့္အခ်ိန္မွာ ေဒါသကိုဘယ္လို ထိန္းခ်ဳပ္မလဲဆိုတာလူတိုင္းအတြက္ စိန္ေခၚမႈတစ္ခုပါ။ သင္ရဲ႕ေဒါသကို ဘယ္လိုထိန္ခ်ဳပ္မလဲဆိုတာကို သင္ကိုယ္တိုင္သိေအာင္လုပ္ေဆာင္ပါ။ ဒီလိုမွမဟုတ္ရင္ သင္ရဲ႕ေဒါသေၾကာင့္ သင္ေဘးက လူေတြကို သင္ေနာင္တရေစမည့္ နာက်င္မႈေတြကို သင္ကိုယ္တိုင္ ေပးမိပါလိမ့္မယ္။
