I went to the rock shop and seen these 2 Australian Fire Opals that were the shiniest rocks ever.
And since then I have been thinking about why I didn't own them yet, and how I could own them sooner.
I basically felt like golem when he was missing his ring.. Sad I know.
Well I finally succeeded and got my precious!!
I bought a few pieces of agate and an apache tear my first visit. Rocks with a smaller entry point!
They are still really nice and I like them. But they weren't the rocks I was obsessing over. Those rocks are here...
I don't think pictures can do these justice. At least not with my phone camera! I tried my best though..
Also a side note I just got a Sony A6000 camera. So soon I will start uploading photos from time to time. Trying to perfect that art as best I can! Then maybe I will reshoot my rock collection once I add the piece of dinosaur bone I now have my sights set on!!

I like to browse and touch them before I buy. I used to love going to look in the gem shops in UK when I was there. Can't find one here.

Nice, ya it's fun to get out and find them. I go out looking once in a while. My friend goes out and spends weeks at a claim. Finding topaz, bixbite and stuff like that. And yes I got them both for 400 but like I said I was obsessing and had to have them haha!! Think I got a good deal still
