Yes I love Moringa so much! It is definitely my favorite tree to grow and is very fast paced! I didnt know the flowers taste like mushrooms! Ill have to give that a try! Do you boil the pods for a few hours? Sounds like you know more than me! I just eat the leaves raw for now.

Eating raw leaves is excellent - when young and tender the pods can be steamed for about 15 mins - they are delicious!! The leaves, bark, flowers, fruit, seeds, and root are used to make medicine. too.
