The beauty of your advice on internal/external value is that it's so widely applicable. Sure, not everyone might be able (or even want) to travel, but they can still avoid stagnation by pursuing new experiences, meeting new people, and learning new things.
In short, I think everyone's goal should be to look back at your present self 5 years from now and marvel at how much you've grown as a person!
That was kind of the point, shit we might not even have a planet in 3 years let alone live to see 5.
