The elephant rope mindset Story.

A man was passing the elephants, he suddenly stopped, puzzled by the fact that these huge creatures were held by only a small rope tied to the front of their leg. No chain, no cage. It was obvious that these elephants could break free at any time, but for some reason(s) unknown to him they did not.

He couldn't explain this phenomenon, so he asked a trainer standing nearby, why these huge elephants made no attempt to get away. “Well”, the trainer said, “when they were young and much smaller, we used the same size of rope to tie them and, at that age it was strong enough to hold them. As they grow up, they were traped by the mentality that, they cannot break free. They believe that the rope can still hold them, so they make no attempt to escape.

The man was surprised. These elephants could break free anytime from their bonds, but because they believe they couldn't, they were stuck right where they were by their mind.

Why I'm I telling you this story?

Well, it's obvious that many of us are still hanging unto a belief that we cannot do something, simply because we failed at it before. Or because our friends or close ones said we can't.

Don't ever let anyone tell you that you can't do something, not even me. You got a dream, you gotta pursue it. When people cannot do something themselves, they are doing to tell you that you can't do it as well.

You want something? Go get it! Period. And stop caring about what people think.

How? Change you mindset, understand that you are a better and stronger person now, more skilled, intelligent and smarter than before. By knowing all these you can take care of the things in the physical world.
