Aren’t you tired of feeling inadequate? Tired of thinking you will never be good enough. Tired of being emotionally stressed. Tired of having to think about situations so much. Tired of going through the same cycle. Tired of being in the same spot. Tired of having to wait for some one to feel good about yourself. Tired of trying to make everyone love you. Tired of a job you find no joy doing.
I bet we all have one or two things we are tired of right now.
What do we do in times like this?
We take a break! Yes, that’s what you do when you are tired. Taking a break from the very things that are making you tired. It helps you refocus, re-energizes you, makes you see things better, the way they really are and helps you see things that are not necessary. So many times we are tired because we want to try to do and be a lot at the same time, we take in things that are not even necessary, we put up with people who are adding no value to our lives, we want to try to make everyone happy or love us.
Take a break, discard lifestyles, thoughts, and people that are adding no value to you. Take things one at a time, enjoy every moment especially with people who truly care, do things that make you happy and fulfilled and watch your self grow into a happy less tired fellow.
