Well Wikipedia isn't the most accurate source of information but I appreciate you defining it for people who don't know what BEE is. Now it's actually called Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment or BBBEE.

    Yup, and not a wonder after South Africa is signing off huge chunk of the country to the Chinese in order to settle loan dept that got flushed through a corrupt system :D
