- STEEM COSMO: Wow! That is a long time, and how did you found steemit?
- @ausbitbank: I joined steemit because I saw massive potential for the technology and its the most interesting project I've seen since discovering Bitcoin.

- @ausbitbank: Main thing to improve on steemit is the onboarding/registration process , it shouldn't be this slow for new users to sign up and be activated.
- STEEM COSMO: what is your advice to all steemians?
- @ausbitbank: Network on steemit.chat, leave relevant comments on posts, be genuine and only post what interests you, and you'll attract the right people in time.

This was the last thing I said to @ehiboss when he asked to interview me.
Edit: I did answer some of these questions in a short chat response in early June (Pre HF19), not expecting it to be dumped into a post months later. I had forgotten about them completely when I was re-asked if I was "ready for my interview next week", and was surprised to see this pop up today after saying I wasn't keen.
I removed my flag on this, but it should be obvious a few things here aren't written by a native english speaker..
Also ignore my comment about improving the user onboarding process, we have so many other priorities we should fix now (like the linear reward curve) before even considering getting more users in here.

It sounds like a misunderstanding and thanks for explaining it to me privately. @ehiboss has been working hard and his interviews have been solid. Having worked with him on other things, I have a high opinion of his work ethic and his passion for Steemit.
