I have the most awesome landlord. He came by to fix something and randomly brought with him a box of brand new whiskey glasses and asked me if I need any. As it so happened, glasses were something I desperately needed in the kitchen since I moved in.

Nice! Our landlord lives right above us and brings us food sometimes. She also lets me play with her cats. Yet again there are times she gets on our nerves and drinks too much. Still feeling luckier than with our previous landlords.
