The lies i tell myself are a form of improvement for me. I try to be honest when it concerns me, I mean it is for my benefit, aint it?

    I think they can be. But as cryptonet describes sometimes someone might need to be ringed with a bit of truth.

        Yes absolutely @ekason. If you are being honest with yourself then you are sure destined to be improved. But I concern for those who lies to themselves to resist change.
