Last night was an amazing one, here in South Africa.
My beautiful lady and I went out last night for a little escapade. We started out by going to a Chinese take-out restaurant called Lucky Wok. We ordered a really amazing dish called Cantonese steak which is absolutely tasty. The taste is typical of a traditional Cantonese dish, very sweet. The service there was fantastic as well. We were greeted by a Lady named Linda and she was very entertaining, if you ever find yourself in the Olivedale area of Johannesburg, I would definitely look them up. I love the Chinese culture. While I was in England as a missionary I taught many Chinese about Christ, and delved deep into their culture. My favourite Chinese dish is Hot Pot... soooo delicious. And I asked them to teach me the phrase "wo men do shu tudo" which translated means, "we are all potatoes". Man I miss my Chinese friends a lot.
Well, we ate this delicious meal in the car and then it was off to a bible class that we were immensely late for. But we went to meet up with and old friend whom I had not seen in four years. We ended up catching up over a KFC hot chocolate. The hot chocolate was good but the chat was even better, so fun in fact that we ended up chatting until like 11pm. Then it was off to home. This is just a typical night out in Johannesburg. What fun.
