They all talk about happiness and how to achieve it. Well, happiness is not that difficult to achieve. It's very easy. You need no recipe, no special skills, no guidelines to feel happy. In fact I'm sure that you feel happy every single day. Not all the day but there are several moments that you must be experiencing this feeling. That's the "trap", the great misunderstanding. We are not supposed to feel happy 24/7.
Happiness is about moments. Happiness may last from hours to seconds. But even those seconds worth it. Don't underestimate them.
You may feel happy by smelling your coffee in the morning, by looking at the sea, at the sky. By taking a walk, by smelling a flower. By taking care of a loved one, by meeting a friend. By saying a good word to someone, by getting a compliment. By looking at a painting, by reading a book. By tasting your favourite food, by drinking a glass of wine. By listening to a song, by recalling a beautiful memory. By playing with your dog, with your cat. By helping someone, by getting help. By touching a soft cloth, by standing under the shower or taking a relaxing bubble bath. Anything can make you feel happy.
Happiness is made of moments and so is life...
Happiness is for wimps. I'm going for ecstasy :-)

Yes, it is obvious that happiness is made of moments but sometimes we feel pain when those moments disappear from our life after a while in my opinion. Nice post.

We have to understand that happiness comes and goes. It can easily appear as well as disappear.. That's why we should learn to appreciate everything good that happens to us and not take it for granted.. That's the beauty of life.. :)
