My motivation to get into excercise are very simple.

  • It helps me sweats and I can get that feeling of relief

  • It is my way of getting rid from stress. stress is a killer and ruiens your day.

  • Makes me looking great and feel good about myself

  • It makes my work easier as I can focus.

    I love myself.
