#Day 16: My healthy lunch

Hello steemians!

I decided to change the topic to 'my healthy lunch' :) I firmly believe a healthy lunch can help me build a slim body and a strong mind. Losing weight is a heavy topic to me, it is a burden I wish to get rid of.

I am finding that it is not necessary to take a nap if eating less food made from flour. I don't feel sleepy when dieting, I think the reason is I change my dietary structure from refined grains to multi grains. The change makes me energetic.
